SEO for Adsense

February 12th, 2013 2 comments

If you’ve been using Google’s AdSense on your pages you obviously feel the need to somehow generate even more traffic for your website, which in turn would translate to more AdSense click and a higher income.

But who do you do this? Well, the major way you’ll get visitors to see your website (other then using AdWords, which is encouraged as well) is to use some techniques to have search engines send more and more users towards your page, by ranking high in search results for your topics of interest.

Believe it or not this is a technique, better known as search-engine optimization or simply SEO. So here are a bunch of tips that come handy under every amateur or professional optimizer’s belt.

The first thing you need to take care of is the actual source code and layout of your page. This has to be kept as simple as possible. The problem comes when AdSense and the search engines themselves begin to have troubles in extracting the most relevant keywords on your site because of a too complex layout.

Secondly, try to have each one of your pages target only one specific topic. This way it is a lot easier for them to get indexed properly and for the AdSense ads to be consistent with the content of the site itself.

Also, try not to include too many hyperlinks in your page as well. This also means you should try not to use too many AdSense ads on your page either.

If there are certain keywords you wish to target, make sure the word you wish to target is present in the title, in the first paragraphs as well as in the name of the file. While you’re at it you might want to ensure the word springs up in the page’s last paragraphs.

And of course, it’s very important for your content to have original and compelling content. How do you do this? Well the easiest way to do it is to find something you’re really passionate about. That way, providing you give it a lot of effort you’re bound to have a great page quite fast.

If the content you use in your site is in the public domain (which is highly discouraged) make sure that you at least give it an original title, and add an opening and a closing paragraph of your own.

This takes a little while, but if, after waiting, you still can’t find your page near the top, you should try rewriting your title and your first and last paragraphs. It doesn’t take much, often just changing a few words will give you the right results.

And of, course there’s the use of keyword tools that may aid you in finding some good keywords to include on your page that will drive visitors to your site more and more.

So those are about the basic techniques in search engine optimization. You can find a lot of computer tools to aid you in doing this, and of course, Google is a great place to search for this.

In the end, you’ll find that SEO is a complex topic, and entire books have been written on the topic as well. You might find that you have a lot of optimization you need to do in order to get more and more visitors to your site and clicking those precious AdSense banners.

You need to have optimized niche website templates for best results. You may find the best adsense templates and blog templates at Adsense Big. They are offering 100 fresh new templates every month.

How can I get more website traffic?

January 4th, 2013 10 comments

I have a website (http://www.tentotop.com). I kind of hoped that google adsense would generate me a small amount of profit. The problem is…I have an empty stage! Have you got any tips for improving my website traffic?

well… use some search engine optimization tricks we can increase traffic and page rank easily.

Main basic thing is you should work on various factors of SEO ( search engine optimization) to get your site rank & traffic well in the search engines. Basically, you should link your site to various sites outside the world. Once you get a good number of links, and when you give links to your site and maintain certain aspects in your site like updating the content regularly etc.,

If you need some more information to get your site good traffic & page rank solution is single click : http://www.trafficassistants.com

What can I do with a domain name waiting to be transferred to drive traffic to my site in the future?

January 2nd, 2013 3 comments

I have a domain name registered with Dreamhost. I am currently waiting for it to become available for transfer (60days) so I can transfer it to GoDaddy. I’m planning on starting a blog and earning a little money from Google AdSense. What can I do to get people to recognize my blog name and prepare it for the release date?

Start writing content that optimizes the search engines by using not too competitive keywords.

Is 150 unique web site hits a day worth anything to advertisers?

December 21st, 2012 2 comments

I have a web site that has been averaging about 150 unique hits a day. During one week it even had 100,000 hits in one week but am now getting a solid 150 unique hits, 200 page loads per day. Is that worth anything to advertisers because it certainly isn’t worth crap with Google AdSense.

Dear You,

Let me help you value your website traffic from an AdSense perspective.

Given an average revenue from AdSense estimated at $2-$5 per 1,000 page impressions, your traffic is worth between $9 and $22.5 per month.

Explanation:

150 page impressions/day = 4,500/month (150 * 30)

$2 * (4,500/1,000) = $9
$5 * (4,500/1,000) = $22.5

The preceding notwithstanding, you may want to increase your website traffic though. Here are some ways to build long-lasting traffic:

1. Implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to meet demand (visitors’ searches) with an offer (unique content) [see the source section below for the link to the self-explanatory "Google’s SEO Starter Guide"].

2. Make sure search engines are fully aware of your site and pages by managing proactively the relationship with them (see my answer to "How to add your webpage to search engine?" in the source section below).

3. Create a profile for your business in search engines’ local business directories (this one is also part of the "How to add your webpage to search engine?"). You should provide info for ALL the fields to have your profile flagged as complete, and most importantly a link to your website.

4. Leverage social media. Create an account in platforms like Facebook and Twitter, start a blog, and keep up the good work by making all of them grow. Search forums—the most overlooked social place—for post related to your business. Bookmark your site for specific topics/tags in sharing platforms like Digg and Delicious. You can also add the ShareThis widget to your site as a wrap of all the social features enumerated above.

5. (This may not be an option for you because you may incur more expenses than budget invested) Start a Pay-per-Click (PPC) campaign—like Google AdWords or Yahoo Paid Search. It’s really affordable for local businesses. Indeed, it may cost you—a strong suggestion from my own experience—a max daily budget of $5 to generate 5-10 clicks a day, which coupled with a coupon-based ad campaign—e.g., 15% off your next purchase of equipment—would allow you to measure accurately your campaign ROI. And furthermore, you’ll have fun.

How can i got more traffic for my google adsense web site or more visit?

HOW CAN I GOT MORE TRAFFIC FOR MY GOOGLE ADSENS WEBSITE? OR HOW CAN I EARN $200 WITH GOOGLE ADSENSE..PLZ HELP ME…

http://www.Fka200.com Answer:

Money can be made using a Google AdSense account, but you need to understand how.

The number one misconception is "if I have AdSense I can make money." NO. The number one way to make money is to have TRAFFIC to your website. If you have no one visiting, then you don’t have opportunities.

What you need to do to increase your revenue is get more traffic… LEGIT traffic. AdSense has something in the Terms of Service that says you are not allowed to pay for auto-surf traffic. So make sure you focus more on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to get traffic (also known as organic traffic) from the search engines: like Yahoo! Google MSN Ask.com, etc.

You can also use social networking websites like Digg.com, Stumbleupon.com, and BlogEngage.com to get a little boost in traffic.

Once your traffic picks up, you want to make sure that your advertisements are noticed by your users. Place them in places you feel the ads can get attention, but not take away from the overall positive appearance of the website. Don’t make the site look spammy. If you give people what they want, they will hopefully bookmark your page and keep coming back. This opens more opportunities to make MORE money and get more traffic.

Goodluck! If AdSense isn’t working out, try out other programs like AdBrite, BIDVERTISER. I am going to make a blog posting about alternatives on http://www.Fka200.com, so visit. I also give a lot of advice with AdSense and websites, so send me a comment/e-mail if you need anything.

How much traffic per day should I expect for a new eCommerce store with 5,000 different products?

December 14th, 2012 1 comment

I was thinking about about setting up a eCommerce website. But lets says I get the site up and running with 5,000 different products. I cannot afford google adsense or any advertisement. How much traffic should I expect per day? Will anybody be able to even find my website through search engines?

You can expect it to take a long slow process to get search engine ranking, I don’t know that the number of products listed had much effect on traffic in itself, other than one expects a big inventory to be associated with a larger store that has a bigger advertising budget.

To be a success you will have to employ paid advertising after you have identified the life long value of a new customer, big budget stores can afford to initially lose money when first acquiring a new customer, know they will profit from that customer eventually.

Aside from making immediate sales, you also can start building brand recognition with an ad campaign, for every click your will get hundreds of impressions of your ad which can help it be more families to a prospect the next time they see it.

There are many independent affiliate "stores" displaying catalog data feeds from major retailed like Amazon, that require little effort to create a 5000 item site.

Just product catalog listings, particularly if they are also listed on numerous other sites, don’t earn a lot of search engine ranking, you may have to resort to writing how to guides and extended product group introductions to give the search spiders more words to chew on.

Aside from the limited measures you can take to optimize your site for search engines, the biggest factor is the number of and quality of links your site gets from other web sites, the search engines automated ranking systems use these ‘backlinks’ are measured the popularity of a site.

You can get some low quality backlinks on your own by commenting on blog posts and leaving signatures on useful discussion forum posts. You can also submit the site to online directories as well as the search engines.

The search engines can ‘discover’ your site through the backlinks from other sites, or you can speed the process by submitting your sit for indexing, here’s the Yahoo form:

How much money do you make through adsense?

December 14th, 2012 8 comments

I own 2 websites, both of which I don’t advertise and never have.
I’m trying to gain more content before I tell people about my site.

From lack of advertising, through people actually finding my site through the search engines, I have earned a total of $17.65 through adsense in the past YEAR.

Which is awful but it’s good for never telling anyone about my websites.

How much money do you make through adsense per day, month, year, etc?
How long did it take for you to get there and do you have any good tips?

You will get better rankings bank linking your own Articles and tweeting them. adsense ads really are not made to make anyone one money, but rather help you make sales on your website from placing them, adsense is not the way to go. Its all about back linking pages that lead to your website. I have a free Article write website that is doing very well for newbie’s www.priceAgood,com is free, just writing you this gives me a back link to my website. Use wiki as well wiki is the 4th most used website in the world they are also ranked higher than Facebook for generating traffic. your website has to be ranked high on Google so people see your adsense ads that takes to much work.

I am not even earning 2 to 3 dollars daily from Google Adsense with my blogs why? I want perfect answer and also please give useful websites link for google adsense program

My dear Raj Priya,
There are lot of reasons for not earning so much from Google Adsense.
This answer not only for you but also to all my yahoo friends
1. First you cannot earn much with your blogs. Please try to understand this aspect. You must have Paid Domain Website to earn good money.
Free websites and Blogs never help you to earn as much you expect.
2. Another prepare good quality content at least on 6 topics with each 2 pages in A4 sheet in Ms-word.
3. Choose correct (exact title) for your website.
4. Using correct keywords (high paying keywords) for your website. Place it in correct place of the meta tag
5. Description of your website it should be not more than 35 words
6. Connect with Google Analytics and Yahoo search submit always
7. Put Google Ads at the top of your web-page, middle of your web-page and end of your webpage use Ads Unit also to the large extent where your space is small.
8. You must be master in Search Engine Optimization Like my master Mr.Perambur Kumar to earn atleast 10 to 20 dollars minimum from Google Adsense daily. Because it is not that easy to earn from google adsense if your website or blog in Top 10 of the google yahoo or any search engines.

How difficult is it to pass the google adsense payment threshold of $100 and how hard is it to really profit?

November 30th, 2012 4 comments

I have started writing online articles on a number of different sites that allow me to affiliate with google adsense, which puts ads on my articles. I was wondering if I write good articles, could I make decent pocket money off this or is this a waste of time? Is anyone doing this and making off with profit?

Key to earn money from AdSense is traffic. More traffic means you will earn more. So you need to optimize your site for search engines (SEO) to get loads of traffic. Also you need to pay attention to ad placement too.
