February 25th, 2013 3 comments

I have created this blog and i am gonna post interesting things daily. I just started it yesterday and i also wanna earn by posting ads, but how to do it? My blog has just started so its not so popular, should i wait for 1000 views or something? Any alternative to google adsense?
My Blog : http://jainamblogs.blogspot.in/

yes, you got to wait for like 6 months and your site must have atleast 100 regular visitors a day. Even if you do all these, there is no guarantee that your site will get google adsense approval. Google has become so mean these days. check for other adsense alternatives!

What is adsense keyword and how to use it?

February 23rd, 2013 2 comments

I am getting only 0.02$ per click on adsense. I heard about adsense keyword. I searched on google and found lots of top paying keyword. But i don’t know how to use them.

First of all you need a niche blog. that is blog with a theme and random posts.
ex: suppose if you have a photography blog.
keywords like shutter speed, iso, lens etc can be used.
It can be used in Blog description like my blog on photography with information of iso, shutter speed
In the blog post title
In meta tags that is in the head section of html

<head>
<meta name="description" content="photography blogs with information on iso" />
<meta name="keywords" content="iso,shutter speed" />
<meta name="author" content="author name" />
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=UTF-8" />
</head>

hope this helps you

Does anyone know where I can buy a google Adsense website?

February 23rd, 2013 2 comments

Hello,

I am interested in buying a google adsense website but don’t know where to look. Any suggestions or tips?

Thankyou,

Google Adsense is for web site owners to place adds on their webpages.
You would have to design and publish a website or have one designed and published then go to Google Adsense apply for account then chose the adds and be accepted by the company wanting the add placed and then post the add or adds on the web pages of your website. It is not as simple as buying a website.

12 Best Google Adsense Alternatives to Make Money Online

Adsense probably pays a bit better but that $100 min payout is a killer for small sites that may need years to get the 10,000 visitors it may take to earn. Some successful site operators describe Adsense as "paying the electric bill" other revenue sources like the right affiliate programs can earn more.

Is it possible to privatley sell website space becuase my blogs getting 1000+ views a day at times?

Yes. Create a Advertise page and a form and see if advertisers are interested in advertising on your blog. There are many alternatives to adsense. You can also install a open source software called OpenX that will allow you to privately sell ad space to advertisers. If you are not happy with Adsense consider other alternatives like AdBrite, Kontera, InfoLinks,etc.

Selling ad space on your own is very difficult, so consider using a hybrid model where you compensate for empty inventory with adsense or other ad networks. Payment terms can vary from network to network and read their payment terms before signing up if cash flow is of major concern.

SEO for Adsense

February 12th, 2013 2 comments

If you’ve been using Google’s AdSense on your pages you obviously feel the need to somehow generate even more traffic for your website, which in turn would translate to more AdSense click and a higher income.

But who do you do this? Well, the major way you’ll get visitors to see your website (other then using AdWords, which is encouraged as well) is to use some techniques to have search engines send more and more users towards your page, by ranking high in search results for your topics of interest.

Believe it or not this is a technique, better known as search-engine optimization or simply SEO. So here are a bunch of tips that come handy under every amateur or professional optimizer’s belt.

The first thing you need to take care of is the actual source code and layout of your page. This has to be kept as simple as possible. The problem comes when AdSense and the search engines themselves begin to have troubles in extracting the most relevant keywords on your site because of a too complex layout.

Secondly, try to have each one of your pages target only one specific topic. This way it is a lot easier for them to get indexed properly and for the AdSense ads to be consistent with the content of the site itself.

Also, try not to include too many hyperlinks in your page as well. This also means you should try not to use too many AdSense ads on your page either.

If there are certain keywords you wish to target, make sure the word you wish to target is present in the title, in the first paragraphs as well as in the name of the file. While you’re at it you might want to ensure the word springs up in the page’s last paragraphs.

And of course, it’s very important for your content to have original and compelling content. How do you do this? Well the easiest way to do it is to find something you’re really passionate about. That way, providing you give it a lot of effort you’re bound to have a great page quite fast.

If the content you use in your site is in the public domain (which is highly discouraged) make sure that you at least give it an original title, and add an opening and a closing paragraph of your own.

This takes a little while, but if, after waiting, you still can’t find your page near the top, you should try rewriting your title and your first and last paragraphs. It doesn’t take much, often just changing a few words will give you the right results.

And of, course there’s the use of keyword tools that may aid you in finding some good keywords to include on your page that will drive visitors to your site more and more.

So those are about the basic techniques in search engine optimization. You can find a lot of computer tools to aid you in doing this, and of course, Google is a great place to search for this.

In the end, you’ll find that SEO is a complex topic, and entire books have been written on the topic as well. You might find that you have a lot of optimization you need to do in order to get more and more visitors to your site and clicking those precious AdSense banners.

You need to have optimized niche website templates for best results. You may find the best adsense templates and blog templates at Adsense Big. They are offering 100 fresh new templates every month.

Can i use page search engine optimization in my blogger site?

February 11th, 2013 1 comment

1) I’ve a blogspot site.I use it for google adsense. Can i use seo(search engine optimization) in it?If yes,then plz say how to do it (video/image tutorial link)!
2) Can i use joomla to design my blogspot site?How to do it?

Blogspot blogs have to use the simple platform provided by Google. Really besides optimizing each post for 1 or more search keywords, the main SEO task is getting links from other sites.

An authority on conservative "Whitehat" SEO put together a collection of links that might be helpful.

Their Whiteboard Fridays videos cover interesting advanced SEO concepts,. some probably not useful for simple blogs. http://www.seomoz.org/blog

How much you can earn using Google Adsence?

February 11th, 2013 3 comments

Does anyone used Google Adsence? Please provide the information about it does it really works and Can we earn from it?

In terms of earning money on Adsense, your mileage varies. One website with the 10,000 uniques a day can earn $50 a month while another may earn $5,000. It is not easy to predict how much you will earn from Adsense. The only way you can learn about how your site will perform with Adsense is through trying it.

The amount you can earn will depend on the

1. Responsiveness of audience to the ads = A travel website that provides information on travel to Spain will attract visitors looking for ways to arrange their travel and spend money on their vacation to Spain. Your site provides the info, but the ads will provide hotels, travel agencies, tourist destinations, car rentals — ads that are likely to get the attention of the users of your site. This is a site that will most likely do well with Adsense. However, if you are a gaming website where the main purpose of the user is to play games on your site, then Adsense will not perform as well.

2. Ad format = some types of ads do better than others depending on your content and layout. In our case, large rectangles in the middle of the content is the best, while leaderboards do not generate as much as income. Skys are the worst for us. Experiment and measure the results via channels and see which formats work best for you.

3. Ad placement – check Google’s heat map as they have tested where the best placements are https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=17954&ctx=en:search&query=adsense+heat+map&topic=0&type=f

4. Ad colors – sometimes ads blended into the content works wonders, but sometimes ads that contrast your site colors work best

5. Number of ad units on a page = we are allowed maximum of 3 ads + 1 ad links + 1 search box on a page. Maximize the allowed number based on the resulting look of your page (you don’t want an overkill of ads). Users going to your page and reading your content may ignore the banner or rectangle at the top of the page, but may click on the ad at the bottom of the article

6. Smartpricing – the big unknown in Adsense. No one knows how this actually works. But it can affect the pricing of the ads on your site. If the advertiser paid for $0.50/click – but your site is smartpriced – then the cost may be discounted lower (e.g. $0.25). So you may try to develop a site based on high paying keywords but if smartpricing gets to you, then you may not get as much per click as what you are expecting from your keywords.

Here is Google’s explanation of smart pricing https://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=9562&query=smart+pricing&topic=0&type=f

Google’s smart pricing feature automatically adjusts the cost of a keyword-targeted content click based on its effectiveness compared to a search click. So if our data shows that a click from a content page is less likely to turn into actionable business results — such as online sales, registrations, phone calls, or newsletter signups — we reduce the price you pay for that click.

Experiment with the factors above (except smartpricing, which you can’t control), and see which combination works best. Remember though that not all sites do well with Adsense – even if you get gazillions of traffic but your visitors are not interested in looking for ways to spend their money, they won’t be interested in your ads and won’t click.
