does google adsense still send out Check – Standard Delivery US Dollars? i heard from someone they dont do that nomore but its still an option in the payment options?

If you’re in the US and the option is still showing, then yes for the moment. However, they are switching over to EFT only in most countries where it’s available, as it’s faster, cheaper, and reduces fraud.
