Why is my Adsense account not working?
I made a Google Adsense account that got approved, but I had reason to delete it. I deleted that Google Adsense account and it got approved for delete. Just to make sure, I also deleted that Google account all together. Now I keep trying to sign up for Google Adsense and every time I get denied because it says my new account is associated with that first account I deleted. Why is this happening considering that Adsense account doesn’t even exist anymore?

Seems like an expert kind of question.
They have mechanisms in place to catch those who were previously banned for fraud attempting to setup a new account, they probably gave a general rule that one is only allowed one account. You may just be caught up in the fraud net.
Those bad actors who manage to get replacement accounts use new identities with no association to the old name, mail address, web sites or bank account.
