I want to start Youtube videos but I was banned Google Adsense 6 years ago?
What are my chances to monetize Youtube videos with Google Adsense. Am I banned for life?
Sorry to say according to Google forum in response to similar inquiry it states
"Unfortunately a ban is for life, not just for a period. You have one opportunity to appeal, then if lost, the account is permanently terminated.
The only way round this is to apply with a compliant site for a business account with a different payee name. This is quite legitimate however, obvioulsy not guaranteed to get approval."

Open another account and try it is the only way to find out. I sincerly doubt it. Google then were no more than a search engine … (I’m done for now!)

My adsense was banned for people spam clicking on my ads. The best way to go about it is just to start fresh. Create a new email and a new youtube account but stay away from adsense if you plan on being partnered later on down the future.

I’ve had accounts with a terminated adsense, but that did not stop me in the slightest.
