Google Adsense have certain rules which you should comply with before getting approved with them. You need to have a top level tld that is extension of domain should be etiher .com, .org, .net, .info, etc

Free domain is not allowed. Also your domain and website should be atleast 3-6 months old to get approved by Adsense.

As for the cost of website, you will have to buy a domain that can cost you around rs.100 for .info domain and rs.450 for .com, .net, .org domains.
You can use a free hosting to start your website and once you start earning you can buy a host. If you need hosting, contact me and i will give you free hositng.

Yes, you need a hosted website to make any money. The host gives you all the tools, except for adsense which you get from google.

the host includes the domain, unlimted everything, apps etc.
It will cost about $40. a year, thats all.
