How long does my website have to be up to become a member of google Adsence ?

I am starting to brainstorm ideas for my blog. After I am done, do I submit it to Google OR must I include my own ads and advertisements?

Any suggestions about my blog? I was thinking about "how to lose baby weight"

You can apply for adsense. But sometimes they will reject you.
I would check out this site for alternatives:

And also I like CJ.com they have great ads you can put on your site related to weight loss and babys…
