How to create an adsense account for youtube monetization?
I submitted my adsense application the other day and it was not approved because of: "Site does not comply with Google policies"
What do I do?This is for youtube monetization. My videos are already monetized, but I dont have an adsense account. The site the google email was talking about was my Youtube channel.
You can add Adsense on Youtube channel only if you already have an Adsense account with a website, and Youtube channel is not a website.
You cannot open an Adsense account to be used only on Youtube unfortunately, and if you only have a Youtube channel you can monetise it with Youtube (as you’ve done) and nothing else.
Tip: Open a little blog first, and apply to Google Adsense using that blog but remember, it has to be on a paid Server and not one of those free hosted blogs…

If you want to use AdSense on a YouTube channel then you must apply through your YouTube control panel and NOT direct to AdSense. I believe you will find the link under "How will I be paid".
It is still possible that AdSense will turn you down if your Channel is unsuitable. Remember this can include stuff like swearing in your feedback.

YouTube channel can’t be considered as a site. If you want to create AdSense account then create your own site or blog then apply with that site name. Check out AdSense policies for qualification criteria.
