I signed up for google adsense and most of the ads have to go for websites/blogs that I own. Is there a way to post them and earn money from posting on other sites, or any other ways?
No… that’s not how it works. The point is that you put it up on your website… you don’t spam it everywhere and hope for money…

One thing I notice is that your Adsense publisher ID is not embedded anywhere in the code. Did you omit that on purpose when posting your question? If not, you have to make sure that your pub ID is somewhere in the code, otherwise the ads won’t generate.
Another thing is that you cannot have more than three of each type of unit, the ‘regular’ units, and the link units. If you have up to the limit on your page, the code will not display. Another possibility, you may have the code within a pair of iframe tags. And yet another possiblity, the text on your page contains too may prohibited words, like porn, sex, drugs, etc.These are just suggestions, without looking at your pages, we can only guess
Can that be done? It would be so much easier for that to go straight to my paypal? Does it work like that?

Paypal has never been an option for Adsense, and I doubt if they ever will use Paypal for Adsense. But you use:
– electronic funds transfer
– local currency checks
– Western Union (for select countries)
